Reporting to the Technical Lead, the Senior Developer will:

  • Be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining our products in a collaborative team environment.

  • Implement solutions using a variety of programming languages (mostly C# and JavaScript), databases and cloud technologies (mostly AWS).

  • Follow agile software development practices such as Test Driven Development (TDD), continuous delivery and pair programming.

  • Share responsibility for the quality and operational aspects of the software that we build.

  • Act as a mentor and coach to more junior developers.

  • Actively contribute to the technical direction of the product.

  • Remain at the leading edge of development technologies and methodologies.


  • Significant commercial experience building software in agile methodologies (XP, Scrum, etc.)

  • Strong C#, SQL, ASP, ASP.NET. HTML and JavaScript abilities

  • Highly developed problem solving skills

  • Ability to convey technical ideas along with strong written and communication skills


  • Experience with AWS, infrastructure-as-code, and DevOps practices.

  • Test Driven Development (TDD) & Behaviour Driven Development (BDD)

  • Design patterns (like CQRS, Event Sourcing, DDD)

  • Microservices and Event Driven Architecture

  • Commercial AngularJS / React experience
