About you

  • Data Analyser - You love to analyse data and turn it into real insight that the business can use. You understand that sharing insights with your networks is crucial, data should be shared not stored.

  • Research Whiz - You're probably the person in your team who shares interesting articles, market intelligence and relevant insights. You like joining the dots between different ideas and sources of information.

  • Writer Extraordinaire - You’re a natural writer, you love hitting the keyboard and are equally comfortable presenting data in layman’s terms or using more formal language.

  • Communication Master - You have a knack for communicating complex ideas in understandable terms in both written and verbal format. Colleagues would describe you as a facts provider, you are able to process complex ideas into written reports that are easy to read.

  • Purpose driven - You understand why something needs doing and can communicate that effectively, inspiring others into action.

  • Born Influencer - Persuading people just floats your boat, you love selling an idea and seeing what outcome you can drive.


About the role

  • Manage and administer the Customer Satisfaction and Win Loss processes.

  • Manage the competitor intel process for the product strategy team.

  • Conduct relevant industry research on specific projects identified by the product strategy team.

  • Assist in the design and execution of research projects from start to finish.

  • Design qualitative and quantitative research questionnaires and understand how to ask questions to optimize results.

  • Analyse data to develop tangible insights.

  • Conduct regular market scanning (macro environment).

  • Regular survey and research administration activities.

  • Prepare market commentary, reports and general research for internal stakeholders.

  • Create, maintain, and update database systems and research spreadsheets.

Depending on your level of experience this role can be part time (3 to 4 days) or full time (5 days).
